Pratique médicale: Regard sur les trajectoires professionnelles des femmes médecins

Vous découvrirez les résultats d’un projet sur la transformation du rapport au travail des médecins de famille québécois. Ce sont 17 femmes médecins qui ont partagé l’histoire de leur parcours professionnel. Plusieurs d’entre elles ont choisi de réorienter leur pratique dans des milieux leur permettant de concilier plus facilement travail et autres responsabilités, comme celles familiales. Cependant, ces choix en ont mené plusieurs à exercer dans des secteurs moins valorisés de la médecine et à expérimenter une forme de « déclassement » professionnel.
